the problem is: you will never see us having more then 5 members if you ask us a week before the cw, because noone is sure, if you got time or not... when you ask us 2 or 3 days before the cw, we will probably have 6-10 guys coming.

true i suppose, but with Earth if i tell them 2 weeks in advance more turn up

so next i'll tell my guys 2 weeks b4 and you tell you  days before
